With a reputation for excellence spanning over 40 years, Multi Personnel is a recruitment agency specialising in the provision of administrative staff and executives, on both temporary and permanent contracts, across a wide range of sectors, including banking, financial services, multinationals, NGOs, SMEs and local authorities. We are looking to recruit a Human Resources Officer fr-eng and ger for a long-term assignment within an international pharmaceutical group.

Mission :

  • Act as a trusted HR partner for designated business areas, advising managers and employees on topics such as performance management, employee relations, organizational change, and workforce planning
  • Support headcount planning and budget-related activities in collaboration with Finance and business leaders
  • Provide operational support for Compensation & Benefits activities, including: Annual salary review processes; Benefits administration; Implementation of new or updated programs
  • Contribute to or lead cross-functional HR projects, particularly in areas such as: HR digitalization – AI integration – People analytics
  • Collaborate with regional and global HR teams as well as stakeholders across functions 
  • Execute and support core HR operational processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high-quality employee experience

Profil

  • 2–5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in an international or matrix organization; experience in pharma, biotech, or life sciences is an advantage
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field
  • Fluent in English, French, and German (spoken and written) – all three are required
  • Comfortable working with modern HR systems (e.g. Workday) and interested in HR technology, AI, and data-driven HR
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly at all levels
  • Valid Swiss work permit and available immediately
