We are searching for a Legal Assistant – FR/ENG 100%
Key responsibilities:
- Draft, review and format legal correspondence and documents
- Manage administrative and legal files with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support lawyers in daily case management and follow-up
- Handle calendars, meetings and general coordination
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Profil:
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar position
- University degree in Law or Literature
- Excellent writing skills in French and English
- English level: C1+ to C2
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skill
- Proactive, reliable and able to work independently
