Nous souhaitons recruter un/e Responsable des Opérations – 60%- permanent position

Mission :

We are looking for a sharp, structured, bilingual professional who wants to grow into operational leadership and take ownership of systems that matter.

This is not a conventional administrative support role. It is a systems-building mission within a mission-driven organization.

This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into a long-term operational leadership position within a developing ecosystem, interacting with both the founder and the core teams.

System Design and Consolidation :

You will work alongside the founder and current operations lead to design and implement:

  • A centralized and reliable client database
  • Structured billing and invoicing workflows
  • Robust booking and reminder systems
  • Clear accounting interfaces and tracking dashboards
  • Documented internal processes
  • Operational clarity across executive programs and certifications

Operational Ownership :

You will progressively take full responsibility at 40%-60% for:

  • Running all of the systems designed
  • Calendar integrity and scheduling logic
  • Invoicing flow and follow-up
  • Client communication systems
  • Financial tracking and reporting clarity
  • Administrative consistency and continuous improvement

Profile :

  • At least 3–5 years of professional experience in a structured environment such as a startup, consulting firm, SME, scale-up, or high-performance organization.
  • Comfortable with managing complexity, deadlines, and professional standards.
  • Bilingual French and English.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and automation tools.
  • Ideally based in Switzerland or within easy travel distance.
